DIE AND MOLD COMPONENTS
MADE TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS

Royal
Custom Die and Mold Components are available in a variety of steels,
including O-1, M-2, H-13, Tool Steels, 420 and 440 Stainless Steels,
and PM Powdered Metals such as PM 10V and PM M-4. Supplied
with a ground plain finish or TiN coated and featuring point diameters
down to .006" and lengths up to 8", they can incorporate
steps and various head styles, with tolerances to +/-.0001".
Royal Special Die and Mold Components include punches and perforators
for Dies, Core Pins, Ejector Pins, and Sleeves for Molds. Mold ready
components feature Blade Ejector Pins, Water-Cooled Cores, Straight
and Stepped Sleeves, Vent and Sucker Pins, and Orifice Pins. Miniature
Core Pins for applications such as Valve Closure Molds, Electronic
Pin Connectors, and Medical Components are a Royal specialty. Price
