A new line of hotwork ejector pins that are hardened throughout and marked for easy identification,
with the pin catalog number and size, has been introduced by Royal.
RHX Series HARD-CORE H-13 Hotwork Die Steel Ejector Pins are precision ground and feature 50-55 Rc core
hardness with an ion nitrided surface of 65-74 Rc to eliminate flaking, cracking and dishing.
Thermal resistant to 1100 degrees fahrenheit without the loss of physical properties, these hardened
through ejector pins are ideal for working with glass filled materials.
Hot forged and annealed heads to facilitate machining, RHX Series HARD-CORE H-13 Hotwork Die Steel
Ejector Pins are available in standard 1/32" to 1/2" diameters and +.005 oversize in lengths from
6" to 14", with 1/2", 2", 3", and 4" shoulder lengths. Diameter tolerances are held to .0003".
